Relayship is a Shopify app that parses forwarded supplier dispatch emails and writes the resulting tracking numbers to your Shopify orders. By installing the app, you authorize Relayship to read your orders and create or update fulfillments on your behalf.
Your Relayship account is tied to your Shopify shop domain. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify admin. If your Shopify account is compromised, Relayship access can be revoked by uninstalling the app from the Shopify admin.
Relayship is billed through the Shopify Billing API. Your plan charges appear on your standard Shopify invoice. Pricing, tiers, overage, and trial terms are published at /pricing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at end of cycle. Cancellation through your Shopify admin terminates billing going forward; you’re responsible for any charges accrued up to that point.
We work hard to keep Relayship running reliably, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. The Scale and Enterprise tiers include a published uptime SLA. If we fail to meet that SLA in a given month, contact us for a prorated credit.
Relayship’s extraction is confidence-gated. When confidence is low, the shipment is parked in your human confirmation queue instead of being auto-fulfilled. We can’t guarantee 100% correct auto-matches; that’s why the queue exists. You’re responsible for reviewing queued items and for the accuracy of anything auto-fulfilled in your name.
To the extent permitted by law, Relayship is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, where Relayship is operated. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will first be handled through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms waives rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active merchants with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of Relayship after an update constitutes acceptance.

These terms are a plain-English summary, not a substitute for legal advice. Material terms (billing, data handling, liability cap, governing law) are binding. Get a lawyer to review before relying on this as a final contract.
