What’s a “tracking upload”?

One successful fulfillmentCreateV2 or fulfillmentTrackingInfoUpdateV2 call that lands a tracking number on a real Shopify order. Every upload counted is one shipping notification sent to a real customer.

What doesn’t count:

• Gmail / Outlook forwarding verification codes
• Non-dispatch emails (invoices, newsletters, notifications)
• Duplicate emails for a shipment we already processed
• Extractions that failed or returned low confidence
• Matches in your human confirmation queue that you haven’t confirmed yet
• Rejected matches

This is intentional. Every other tool in the space meters inputs: emails parsed, API calls made. That punishes us for being careful. Forward every supplier email you have. Noisy ones cost you nothing.

What happens if I go over my monthly cap?

We keep uploading. Every upload over your cap is billed at $0.02 on your next Shopify invoice. No hard caps. Nothing ever stops, so supplier emails never pile up.

Overage is priced at roughly the per-unit cost of the next tier up. When your overage would save you money on a higher tier, we show a banner: “You’d save $X/mo on Growth.” We never auto-upgrade you.

Why no free-forever tier?

I tried to design one. Every version was either too generous (nobody upgraded) or too stingy (bad reviews waiting to happen). The 14-day trial is a cleaner deal: full access, no limits, no card. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. I may revisit free-forever after launch once I see how people actually convert.

How does billing work?

Relayship bills through the Shopify Billing API. Your subscription shows on your existing Shopify invoice. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades wait until end-of-cycle so you don’t lose features mid-month. Cancel from your Shopify admin. No support ticket needed.
