No. Relayship reads the same dispatch emails they already send you. Your supplier doesn’t know we exist.
One successful fulfillment created or updated on a Shopify order. We only charge for uploads that land on a real order. Verification codes, duplicates, non-dispatch emails, failed extractions, and queued items: all free. You pay for value delivered, not for us reading your inbox.
Nothing stops. We keep uploading and bill $0.02 per upload over your plan's cap on your next Shopify invoice. No hard caps, no supplier emails piling up. If overage would exceed the cost of upgrading, we show you a banner. We never auto-upgrade you.
We auto-fulfill only when combined extraction and match confidence is above your threshold (default 0.9, configurable). Below that, the shipment lands in a queue where you pick the right order with one click. We’d rather ask than ship wrong tracking.
One email with 20 tracking numbers is split into 20 shipments, each matched independently. When two suppliers split one order, each gets its own fulfillment tied to specific line items.
Yes. We extract tracking directly from PDF attachments using Gemini's multimodal input. Most competitors need a structured CSV or JSON attachment. We parse the label itself.
Those tools auto-fulfill orders placed through their supplier marketplace. Relayship works with the suppliers you already use off-marketplace: private agents, wholesalers, Alibaba, 3PLs.
Those apps need your supplier to send a structured attachment: a Google Sheet (AutoFulfill), CSV (Fulfilleo), or FTP file (syncX). Relayship reads unstructured email body text and PDF labels. Your supplier does nothing different.
Not yet. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card to start, no charge if you cancel. We picked trial over free-forever so we can keep extraction quality high. We may revisit after launch based on conversion data.
Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest with Google Cloud KMS envelope encryption. Raw emails auto-delete after 30 days. GDPR compliance webhooks are wired. Enterprise plan includes security review and DPA.
Yes. Anything that can auto-forward works. Gmail and Outlook both have built-in forwarding filters. Onboarding walks you through the setup.
