No. Relayship reads the same dispatch emails they already send you. Your supplier doesn’t know we exist.
We auto-fulfill only when our combined confidence is above your threshold (default 0.9, configurable). Below that, it lands in a queue where you pick the right order with one click. We’d rather ask than ship wrong tracking.

Yes. We extract tracking directly from PDF attachments using Gemini’s multimodal input. No OCR setup, no separate integration.
