What it does: Dropshipping integration tool for specialty retailers. Lets you expand your product catalog with items stocked in a brand's B2B warehouse; those products are fulfilled by the brand rather than stocked by you.
Pick this if: You run a specialty retailer (often run/outdoor) and want to sell brand partners' SKUs without holding inventory.
Overlap with Relayship: None. They're a product-catalog expansion tool; we're an email-parsing tool. Fundamentally different job.

What it does: A 3PL (third-party logistics) fulfillment service. They store your inventory in their warehouse and ship it on your behalf when a Shopify order comes in.
Pick this if: You want to outsource physical fulfillment — storage, picking, packing, shipping — to a managed 3PL.
Overlap with Relayship: Adjacent, not competing. If ShipRelay is your 3PL and they email you dispatch confirmations, Relayship can parse those emails and update Shopify. You might use both.

Pick this if: You want to send marketing emails and texts to your customers. Alternative to Klaviyo / Omnisend.
Overlap with Relayship: None. They send emails to customers; we read emails from suppliers. Opposite directions.

Pick this if: You want your team to get Slack pings when orders happen in your Shopify store.
Overlap with Relayship: None. Notifications app. Nothing to do with supplier tracking.

What it does: A European parcel delivery carrier with a pickup-point network (similar to UPS Access Point or Hermes ParcelShop). 'Relay points' are the physical pickup locations.
Pick this if: You ship in France, Benelux, Iberia, or Italy and want to offer pickup-point delivery to your customers.
Overlap with Relayship: None. They're a carrier. If they're one of the couriers your suppliers use, we'd read their tracking numbers out of supplier emails — but we don't compete with them.
“Relay” is a common word in logistics: parcel relays, relay points, relaying information between systems. Several founders landed on the same metaphor independently. I picked Relayshipbecause that’s what the product literally does: relay supplier shipping emails to Shopify. Email in, tracking out, customer notified.
