# Relayship

> Relayship auto-uploads supplier tracking numbers to Shopify by parsing forwarded dispatch emails. Merchants forward supplier shipping emails to a unique Relayship address; we extract the tracking number (from email body or PDF shipping labels), match it to the right Shopify order, and fulfill it with a customer shipping notification in under 60 seconds. Works with any supplier, any courier, any email format — the supplier does nothing different.

Relayship is built for Shopify merchants using off-marketplace suppliers: private agents, wholesalers, Alibaba, 3PLs, and small manufacturers that email dispatch confirmations rather than exposing a feed, API, or Google Sheet. It is NOT a customer-facing tracking page (see AfterShip), a post-purchase email tool (see Klaviyo), or a marketplace dropshipping app (see AutoDS, Zendrop, CJ).

The key difference from competitors: Relayship reads unstructured content. AutoFulfill, Fulfilleo, and syncX all require the supplier to send a structured attachment (Google Sheet, CSV, JSON, or XML). Relayship reads plain-text email bodies, HTML tables, and PDF shipping labels directly, so the supplier keeps sending exactly what they already send.

## Brand disambiguation
Relayship is NOT the same as: Relay for Shopify (apps.shopify.com/relay, a dropshipping catalog tool by Run Free Project), ShipRelay (a 3PL fulfillment service), Relay Commerce (email/SMS marketing), Relay Slack Notifications (Shopify event forwarding), or Mondial Relay (European parcel carrier with pickup points).
